Bookkeeping Accu-Service provides convenient, quality service in all areas of bookkeeping. We gather the data from your office, generate Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger entries, financial reports and any other accounting functions you may need processed, then bring the finished product back to you! Our fees are based on the level of service that you require, setup on a monthly flat rate, which discounts the hourly rate. All information provided to us is held in strict confidence. Independent Contractors vs. Employees Independent contractors are professional business people who provide services outside your office. Compared to employees, contractors can save you money since the company is not liable for payroll taxes, worker's compensation and other employee benefits (health insurance, sick/vacation pay). Although our rate can seem somewhat higher than the wages you would be willing to pay an employee, Accu-Service is responsible for such expenses as; vacation/sick pay, medical insurance, overtime, employer's taxes, etc. Your company's only concern is our hourly rate, without all the overhead. The savings by not having to pay for the additional expenses and hiring costs for employees is considerable. In addition, Accu-Service provides a quicker turnover rate for the specific jobs and projects since our time is dedicated solely to your company, without the distractions an office can provide. Specific time frames and guidelines can be set so the work is processed in the timeframe you request. We work past "normal" working hours in order to get a job done, ensuring the highest quality work and quickest return time to you, our valued customer. |
