Technical Support

Professional technical support is important when dealing with QuickBooks® and your accounting system. With this in mind, we strive to give you the best service possible when dealing with any level of question or concern you may have.

The cost for our services are $100/hour, billed in 15 minute increments. 

On-site consulting is available to local companies.  However, a $25 travel fee applies.

We provide these services in many ways. The best way for us is to be able to view your company file so we can specifically correct the problems you may experience. To do this we use the following formats:

  • Mail
  • Email
  • Log Me In
  • FTP

If these methods are not available to you or you have a general question, we answer your general questions by telephone. All telephone consultations are payable by credit card only.

Prepay and save on consulting!

Per incident—$2.50/minute

(10 min. minimum)

3 hours per annum—$275 ($25 savings)

6 hours per annum—$549 ($51 savings)

10 hours per annum-$899 ($101 savings)

To prepare for a consultation, please do the following:

1. Prepare a list of questions/concerns that you have about the current status of your file. Make sure to note any specifics that you can detect in reference to your concerns.

2. Email or fax these questions with your company file. Prepare to answer questions after we review the file during the consultation. Have any backup information available while we are discussing your file.

Note: Any advance notice we have of what your questions are gives us a better opportunity to make the consultation more productive. Please provide all the details before a consultation, keeping in mind that the sooner you get it to us, the more time we have to review and prepare our consultation.

Email is the quickest way to access your information without purchasing software. By emailing or attaching your company data file, we can make any suggestions or changes you request and provide a detailed report of what needs to be handled differently in the system. We will email the file back to you if we have made your requested corrections.

Log Me In allows Accu-Service to log into your computer so we can access your QuickBooks® files that are giving you problems and fix them right before your very eyes! Not only can we fix the information immediately, you can watch how we fix it so you learn what created the error. By communicating via telephone while completing these functions, we are able to describe what is happening on the screen. Hence, creating the same effect as being there in person! 

In addition, we also provide one-on-one training via the telephone and Log Me In.

FTP servers are locations on the internet where a file can be downloaded and uploaded from any location, with the appropriate user information and password. Typically, this service is available with your ISP, for a minimal additional charge.  Files can be transferred quickly and easily for review, correction and return transfer back to the client.

These are just a few examples of ways for remote assistance to work for you and your busy schedule.  These methods are quick, reliable and secure.

We bill you by the amount of time we are on the phone or reviewing your file in 15 minute increments. We only accept credit card payments or PayPal for tech support.
