Financial Review (Compilations also provided) Accu-Service provides a financial review service based on a monthly rate. Our services are similar to the tax preparation service we provide. However, the typical service consists of the following services: BALANCE SHEETü Review all balances (request backup documentation if necessary) ü Verify annual figures (ex. Retained earnings) have not changed from prior month/prior year PROFIT AND LOSS (INCOME STATEMENT)ü Review all balances and verify accuracy (request backup documentation if necessary) AGING REPORTS – Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payableü Review all balances (request backup documentation if necessary) ü Verify links are correct and drawer matches report (Accounting staff to match drawer) MISCELLANEOUSPerform regular integrity and data file maintenance to ensure data is safe and operating efficiently. If any questions or inaccuracies should arise, we prepare a detailed listing for you to review and research in order for the data to be corrected. It can be corrected by you, the client, or Accu-Service, depending on your preference. It is imperative that the data is corrected as the reviews are complete in order to prepare for year-end and make the financials accurate on a regular basis, which you can rely upon for decision making and financial reporting for outside sources. If you require more detailed review, a custom schedule can be created. |
